KFast is published by FloorPlusOne ("we", "us" or "our"). This policy explains how KFast handles information when you use its fasting, water, weight and wellness-journal features, this website and support services. It covers the current version, in which KFast Plus purchases are not enabled.

1. Your health journal stays on your device
KFast stores the following information in its private storage on your Android device:
- Your profile: name, age, height, starting weight and the gender option you choose. You can use a preferred name and select "Prefer not to say" for gender.
- Your fasting plans, start and finish times, active fast and saved fasting history.
- Water intake, water goal, weight entries and their dates.
- If you use Plus, daily mood, energy and hunger ratings and any personal notes you enter.
- Preferences such as your accent color, theme and reminder settings.
This information powers the features you request: your timer, reminders, journal and progress summaries. Profile details are not used to predict blood glucose or prescribe a fasting plan. KFast does not upload your profile or health journal to FloorPlusOne, Google Play or the purchase-verification service.
There is no KFast online account or cloud journal backup. The app disables Android backup and device-transfer backup for its stored data. We cannot access or restore records that exist only on your device.
2. Google Play purchases and KFast Plus
KFast Plus is being prepared, but purchases and purchase restoration are not enabled in the current version. This version does not connect to a KFast purchase-verification service or send purchase tokens to us. We do not receive payment-card details or your Google account password.
Before enabling subscriptions, we will update this policy to explain the purchase information processed, the verification provider, and the applicable retention and deletion practices.
If you use Google Play to download KFast or open Google's subscription-management page, Google handles that interaction under its own terms and Google Privacy Policy.
3. Technical information and service providers
This policy website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical request information, including your IP address and traffic information, to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare may generate operational and security logs. Its processing of visitors to customer websites is described under "End Users" in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
The page itself contains no analytics scripts, advertising, forms, cookies or local-storage code. We do not create a separate database of policy-page visitors. Website requests do not include your KFast health journal.
We do not include advertising or analytics services in KFast, sell your personal information, or use your health journal for advertising. Service providers receive information needed to perform the services described here. We may disclose information we actually hold when required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. We cannot disclose local journal records that we do not hold.
4. If you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and anything you attach. We use that information to answer your request, resolve issues and keep necessary support records. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or health-journal contents that are not needed for your request. If technical information is needed, we will explain what would help.
5. Retention and deletion
- Local profile, journal and preferences: kept on your device until you edit or delete the relevant information, clear KFast's app storage in Android Settings, or uninstall KFast. There is no automatic cloud copy to restore afterward.
- Individual records: saved fasts and check-ins can be deleted in the app. Weight entries can be edited or deleted, except the starting-weight baseline, which is edited through your profile. Water entries shown in the daily log can be removed with Undo. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes the complete local journal, including older water entries and the profile.
- Purchase information: the current version does not send purchase tokens to a KFast verification service, so we do not retain server-side purchase-verification records for this version.
- Website technical information: Cloudflare retains personal information for its service purposes and legal obligations. Its retention criteria include the processing purpose, the nature and sensitivity of the data, security risks and legal requirements; see "Data retention" in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not maintain a separate archive of website request logs.
- Support messages: retained while needed to resolve your request and related follow-up, handle disputes or meet legal recordkeeping obligations. We delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed for those purposes.
Previously saved check-ins remain readable and deletable in KFast without active Plus access, until you remove the local data. Information Google holds about your use of Google Play is managed through Google's services; clearing KFast's storage does not delete Google's records.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can edit your profile and journal through the app, choose whether to add optional notes, and turn notifications off in KFast or Android Settings. The core fasting timer, plans, water and weight tracking do not require a Plus subscription.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information we hold, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us at the privacy address above to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
We can act on information held in our support and service systems. Because we cannot access your device's journal, use the app or Android storage controls to manage those records. The app does not currently provide a journal export feature. We do not use your journal to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Why we process information
We process information to provide the tracking features you request, deliver this website and respond to support inquiries. Where applicable law requires a legal basis for information we receive, we rely on legitimate interests in answering your requests and securing and maintaining the service where those interests are not overridden by your rights, and compliance with legal obligations where required. If additional processing requires consent, we will request it before that processing begins.
8. Security
KFast uses Android's app-private storage for local records. This policy website uses HTTPS. We limit access to information we receive to people and providers who need it to operate or support KFast. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device and Google account; anyone who can access an unlocked device may be able to view the app's records.
9. International processing
Your local health journal stays on your device. Google Play, hosting and support providers may process other information described in this policy in countries outside your own. Applicable protections and transfer requirements depend on your location and the providers involved. We will use safeguards required by applicable law for transfers for which we are responsible. This policy does not claim that all payment, support or technical information stays in one country.
10. Adults only
KFast is intended for people aged 18 and over. Its profile setup requires an adult age. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through our services. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact the privacy address above so we can address it. Information stored only on a device can be removed using Android's app-storage controls.
11. External links
KFast can open research articles, Google Play subscription management and this policy in your browser or another app. Those services receive information under their own privacy policies. Opening a research link does not send your KFast health journal to that site.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its date when our practices change. Where required, we will give additional notice or request consent before introducing materially different processing. Check the current policy before using newly introduced connected features.
